Word is one such word processing application that enables users to manage documents.

Information systems need to integrate and analyze large volumes of data from several sources in order to present an accurate picture of the business situation. The organizations use spreadsheets to perform these activities, as spreadsheets are fast and accurate tools for performing complex data analysis.
